"This picture appears to have been taken in Uncle Lehn's home. Seated on the right is Caroline Lehn (wife of August Lehn), then Aunt Hattie Thieme, and Mother. Uncle Fred Thieme is standing in the back. Others are members of the Thieme Family. In a reserved, German way, they appear to be happy. It is interesting to note the gifts they received--vases, books, shoes, china dolls in rocking chairs, blocks, etc."
